1.2 Oz Bean To Bar Chocolate. Only 3 Ingredients for the chocolate (Chocolate Beans, Cocoa Butter, and Sugar). All flavors are grown on the farm or a neighbors farm, Freeze dried and then ground into a powder, then incorporated into the chocolate while tempering.
Bean To Bar Chocolate - Made from the finest Coca Beans ground with sugar and cocoa butter. That's it, no other ingredients added to bulk it up. Fine flavor without added junk.
78% Uganda --The darkest chocolate we make. We use beans from the Semuliki forest in Uganda. The soil creates a unique flavor with dark fig or raspberry tones.
65% Uganda -- Same Uganda beans, just a little lighter and sweeter. It is still a dark chocolate but not quite as extreme as the 78%
65% Colombia -- Dark chocolate using beans from Colombia that provide a smooth pleasant flavor that is more of the 'standard' chocolate flavor people have come to expect.
Dark Milk -- Using our Uganda beans, while grinding the Chocolate, we add freeze dried milk, freeze dried in house with no additives, creating a 45% dark Milk chocolate that has a wonderful rich chocolate with a smooth creaminess to it.
Fruit Flavors -- While tempering our basic bean-to-bar chocolate, we add our in house freeze dried locally grown fruits and peppers: Blueberry, Raspberry, Serrano, Strawberry, Jalapeno.
